Evoke uses bipolar radiofrequency (RF) technology to stimulate collagen and lift & tighten skin on the cheeks, jawline, and neck. Unlike other skin tightening devices, Evoke uses hands-free applicators to contour the face and/or neck to provide a youthful, rejuvenated look, all without surgery, incisions, or downtime.
The Evoke device has 2 treatment applicators patients can choose from: one for the cheeks & jowls and another for the neck & double-chin (submental area). For full face and neck rejuvenation, these applicators can be combined.

Evoke treatment is comfortable and pain-free; you’ll feel a slight warming sensation in your face, which most patients find completely tolerable. You can watch TV, read, or take a nap while you receive your Evoke treatment.
Full Evoke results are typically noticeable after 8 weeks and can last for up to a year.
At Maningas Cosmetic Surgery, we offer 20- and 45-minute Evoke treatments, depending on your cosmetic goals. Longer treatment time will result in further skin tightening and facial contouring.
A typical Evoke treatment involves 6 sessions spaced one week apart for optimal results. You’ll notice gradual improvements to your skin’s quality as you proceed through the treatments.
Evoke treatment has been proven to be very safe. You might experience some mild redness and/or swelling after a treatment session, but these side effects will typically go away within a few hours.
To treat the face OR the chin costs $2,499 for 6 treatments. Treatments will last approximately 30-60 minutes each.
To treat the face AND the chin costs $4,299 for 6 treatments. Treatments will last approximately 90 minutes each.
If you have relatively good skin quality but are struggling with saggy skin on your face and/or neck, or have jowls or a double-chin you’d like to address, you may be a good candidate for Evoke. Good Evoke candidates should also have realistic expectations of this procedure.
