Male patient presented with an inability to breath on the left side and a history of a broken nose as a teenager. He had concerns regarding an obvious external nasal deformity from his broken nose and and prominent nasal dorsal hump. He underwent open rhinoplasty with dorsal hump removal and refinement along with minor tip refinement.
