51 year old female patient presents with concerns of excess skin of the medial (inner) thigh. She is a massive weight loss patient who underwent bariatric surgery 12 years ago and lost over 200 lbs. She has been at her stable weight of 185 for many years. She has already had multiple skin removing procedures to include – abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, medial thigh lift, BAM with lift all done by another surgeon. She desires revision thigh lift as she still complains of excess skin, skin laxity, and lateral thigh contour irregularities. Patient understood multiple procedures may be needed to obtain her desired results.
