41 year old female presents in regard to bilateral breast ptosis and postpartum deflation after breast feeding 1 child. She had a Breast Augmentation in 2005 with saline implants above muscle that was done by another surgeon. She wished to have these implants removed and not replaced for a smaller, perkier and natural-looking breast.
