51 year old female presented desiring fuller breasts due to deflation after breast feeding one child and aging. She initially had her implants place below the muscle, but with her anatomy she still was not happy with the wide-set cleavage. In order to give her more volume and cleavage, we opted to convert the surgical pocket and ultimately placed her implants above the muscle giving her the result she was wanting.
